Talk the price down to 10 euros, which is the correct price for this simple but airconditioned and well located hotel. There was a bee hive in my room but other than that it was decently clean.

Not bad !! It's more expensive for its services .. But it's advantage being near to alsooq and bus station (downtown).. BTW
